Here's just a small list of some of the goodies Angie's Oven has to offer.
Feel free to suggest any other items, as this list is constantly growing.
Special requests are always welcome!
These moist, spiced loaves are some of
my favorite things to bake. They are
the perfect hostess gift for holiday
parties, or a delicious dessert to serve
at your own party!

Fruit and Nut Tea Bread
This loaf tastes just like the tea biscuits
that supermarket bakeries
often sell. I fill them up with dried fruit
and nuts.

Zucchini Bread
This bread is so moist and tasty,
you'd never know it contains whole
wheat flour and a touch of wheat germ.

Peanut Butter Crumble Cake
This is like a traditional crumble
cake, but the topping is extremely rich
and peanut buttery.

Lemon Tea Bread
A simple buttery lemon cake with a
lemon glaze poured on top while it's still
warm.
Orange Currant Scones
These tender, crumbly scones have a
fresh citrus taste and are great with
coffee or tea for breakfast or
dessert.

Double Chocolate Zucchini Muffins
These are delicious chocolate muffins
filled with zucchini and chocolate
chips. They also have a hint of
cinnamon.

Banana Walnut Muffins
I like to use whole wheat flour to
make these a hearty breakfast
muffin. They are low in fat and gain
most of their moisture from yogurt.
You can mix in any combination of
nuts, raisins, and chocolate chips.

Dark Carrot Raisin Muffins
Another guiltless hearty muffin, great
for breakfast. Made with whole wheat
flour and sweetened with honey.

Double Chocolate Banana Muffins
A super moist chocolate banana
muffin with chocolate chips.
Salted Chocolate and Vanilla Cookies
These are rich, buttery cookies that
have an impressive half chocolate/ half
vanilla design. The chocolate side has a
sprinkle of sea salt for an interesting
twist.

Pumpkin Butterscotch Cookies
A delicious cake-like cookie that is also
delicious with chocolate chips.

Pumpkin Spice Fudge Cookies
A soft, fudgy cookie that gets some of
its moisture from pumpkin, and lots of
flavor from pumpkin pie spice.

Pumpkin Blondies
Dense pumpkin flavored blondies. Great
with chocolate chips and nuts on top.

Pecan Sandies
My melt in your mouth version of this
classic cookie.

Lime Delights
These cookies are buttery yet light, and
they star a bright kick of lime in both
the cookie itself and the glaze on top.
They are also great with lemon or
orange zest.

Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies
Very similar to oatmeal raisin but with a
crisper, less chewy texture.

Cranberry Almond Biscotti
Full of toasted almonds and dried
cranberries, and finished with a
caramelly drizzle.

Chocolate Andes Mint Cookies
This is a rich chocolate cookie with
chunks of Andes Mint throughout.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Alton Brown's Famous "Chewy" recipe.

Amaretto Shortbread Cookies
Rich shortbread cookies with a touch of
almond and citrus flavors, and a
crunchy sugar topping.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
My version of the classic.
Gingerbread Biscotti
A dark, crunchy biscotti that's
packed with the flavors of
gingerbread, orange zest, dried
cranberries, chocolate chips, and
almonds.

Banana Oatmeal Trail Mix
Cookies
These cookies have a lot going on.
They have coconut, chocolate
chips, dried fruit, and nuts, plus a
banana mixed in.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
Plain, or rolled into balls with a
chocolate kiss or peanut butter cup
pressed on top.

Snickerdoodle Blondies
These taste just like their name
implies. They are delicious, brown
sugary blondie bars with a generous
sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on top.

Vanilla Chai Cookies
These taste so much like chai tea!
They are a mix between cakey and
chewy and have a wonderful, warm
flavor.

Cranberry Pumpkin Cookies
Very soft, cakey cookies with fresh
cranberries bursting inside.

Peppermint Brownies
These brownies are rich, fudgy and
have a nice mint flavor. The glaze on
top is a beautiful mix of white and
dark chocolate swirled together.

Carrot Cake Cookies
These are soft, thin and cakey
cookies with lots of carrots and
spices.

Orange Cranberry Brownie
Cookies
These flavorful cookies have a
fudgy, brownie-like texture and a
nice fruity twist from orange zest
and dried cranberries.
Cookies & Brownies
Oatmeal Applesauce Muffins
These are healthy, oaty little muffins
that gain most of their moisture from
applesauce and are very low in fat. I
like to add a banana into the mix for
even more moisture and flavor. These
are great with blueberries or
cranberries.

Banana Oatmeal Peanut Butter
Muffins
These muffins combine several classic
elements of breakfast and go great
with a glass of milk. They make a
great breakfast or snack any time.

Chai Latte Muffins
These muffins taste exactly as their
name implies. If you like chai tea, you
will definitely like these!

Surprise Muffins
These are wholesome muffins made
with whole wheat flour and wheat
germ, with a jam "surprise" center.
Banana Bread
Great with coconut mixed in!

Pumpkin Bread
The taste of this perfectly
spiced loaf improves with age,
though it never seems to last
very long!

Apple Cranberry Cake
This is a bundt cake that has a
very similar taste and
consistency to a quick bread,
and is full of fresh apples and
cranberries. The writer of this
recipe calls it an "All-Purpose
Holiday Cake" because it is
perfect to bring to any holiday
party.

Double Cornbread
Straight from my mother's recipe
box, this is the cornbread I have
eaten since I was a kid. It is
"double" because it gets corn
flavor from both corn meal and a
can of creamed corn.
